MR Rendering is a Vietnam-based offshore 3D rendering studio, founded by three dedicated architectural visualization professionals. Our roots trace back to the creation of a respected rendering academy, where we trained and inspired a new wave of 3D artists. Many of our graduates have gone on to influence the industry with their skills and creativity.
As our educational legacy flourished, we embarked on a new mission — building a professional rendering studio where cultivated talent could thrive in delivering premium visual solutions. Today, with more than 15 years of experience, a team of 30 seasoned artists, and two operational hubs in Vietnam, we produce world-class 3D visualization services for real estate, architecture, and interior design clients across the globe.
Our goal is to help architects, developers, and designers present their ideas with clarity and impact, offering cost-efficient solutions without sacrificing quality or creativity.

Phong Huynh – CEO & Co-Founder | Creative Director
With a decade of architectural visualization expertise, Phong combines design knowledge with international project experience. He leads the studio’s creative direction, ensuring every render meets the highest standards. Outside of work, he enjoys crafting specialty coffee.
Hung Nguyen – CEO & Co-Founder | Strategy Director
An architect with 10 years of 3D visualization experience, Hung drives company growth and manages major projects. His background in architectural education shapes his strategic approach. Beyond work, he is a tea enthusiast and table tennis competitor.
Chinh Phan – CEO & Co-Founder | Finance & HR Director
With over 10 years in the industry, Chinh specializes in architectural detailing, technical drawings, and project coordination. He oversees finance, HR, and supports production. He is also passionate about swimming, piano, and videography.

Tung Nguyen – Art Director
An architect with 10+ years in visualization, Tung is known for his storytelling through imagery. He mentors the team on artistic quality and plays football in his free time.
Duc Nguyen – Team Leader – 3D Artist
With 10 years of experience, Duc manages workflow efficiency and motivates the team with his humor and positive energy.
Hien Tran – Team Leader – 3D Artist
A skilled architect with a strong sense of aesthetics, Hien coordinates tasks effectively and brings music and enthusiasm into the workplace.

Exterior Visualization Team
A group of skilled professionals with backgrounds in architecture, technical drawings, and landscaping. With 3–8 years of experience, they deliver precise, timely, and visually compelling exteriors. Ongoing training in new tools, including AI, ensures innovative outcomes.
Interior Visualization Team
Blending architectural knowledge with sensitivity to human comfort, this predominantly female team creates elegant and livable interiors. Their expertise covers technical drawings, materials, and furniture selection, making them experts in visualizing diverse styles.
3D Modeling Team
Specialists in turning complex designs into accurate digital models. Their detailed work forms the backbone of the creative process, supporting both exterior and interior rendering teams.
Admin Team
The organizational backbone of MR Rendering, ensuring smooth communication between clients and production teams. They handle operations with precision, reliability, and warmth, keeping every project on track.
